While the TARDIS isn't averse to hugs in general, there are a few people whose physical expressions of affection in such a manner mean more to her than others. Now she finds out Andrew has the privilege of belonging to that group, and she wraps her arms around him, pressing close. She tries to take comfort in his warmth, or to somehow offer comfort in return, but it does little to dispel the sadness that's taken hold of her.
