Andrew's odyssey has been perilous, to say the least. Unfamiliar with the area, he'd mistaken one side of the subway platform for the other and got on the train going in the opposite direction of where he wanted to be. In a panic he'd got off again as soon as he'd realized and as soon as he could, only to think much later that he might have been just as well off going around the north end of the park to get to the TARDIS as going south to the rebel base.
It was with the TARDIS in mind that he'd made the foolhardy decision to traverse at street level and get to the Ramble. How he made it across three streets without becoming a sticky patch on someone's tire he'll never know, and the greenery of the park is a very welcome sight despite how far he has yet to go. He's too tired to be as careful about concealing himself as he was at the start, and the fact that no one's paid any mind to him so far has made him inclined to be a little careless.
Crossing the path (what's a mere path to a mighty crosser of streets like himself?), Andrew darts behind the first shrub he sees and all but collapses underneath it. Just a minute or two, and then he'll get back up and be on his way.
