Daine huffs out a sigh. "I've no idea where they came from, but I expect the rift is responsible for bringing them here." She rubs a hand over her face, more bewildered than weary. The rabbits are numerous, certainly, but they're gentle creatures and inclined to be agreeable. Dealing with them hasn't been a strain. It's probably easier than dealing with all the two-leggers who are less than happy with their new roommates; she's happy to leave that job to someone else.

"Aly's out getting some food for them," she continues. "I'm just trying to get them all in the same general area instead of spread all over the base."
