Yes yes, Gabriel is a liar. She'd never liked it, but it wasn't any harder to accept than in the Doctor, especially once they were so mentally close that it would have been exceedingly difficult for him to lie outright. He certainly didn't try to lie about what he'd done to Topher, though likely because he was expecting her to approve, and it later turned out his motives were far less self-less than he was trying to pretend. Given their natures, she has to wonder if he and Zagreus even managed to exchange more than a single true word.
