Falcons aren't much for soaring, but that's just as well; Daine's in a hurry, and peregrines are fast. She sweeps back and forth across the park, her eyes picking out two-leggers with the traits Andrew listed, but none of them have more than one or two, and none of them are looking particularly confused or lost, as far as she can tell. Most of them aren't even alone.
