If Jane's familiar with that - assuming her version of England worked about the same as this universe's version - maybe that will at least give her a rough idea of what Tortall is like (minus the magic and Immortals, of course). "But it's about time for me to head back to the base, so if you don't mind the company, I could walk with you."
