Bee's getting better and better and noticing nearby new arrivals. When she's not on the rooftop she spends her time in the park, wandering, feeling out the swirl of patterns around her for new bursts. And there's one, and there he is, too. He's easy to spot, not dressed for this weather, poor dear, and looking around in angry confusion.

As she gets closer and her comprehension of his particular patterns solidifies, her step falters a bit and her expression twists into a sorrowful grimace. She stops short, taking a moment to absorb the swell of information, and breathe. Tamp it down, girl, get a lid on this now, before you meet him. This one hurts, but he doesn't want comfort, shuns it in fact. He reminds her a little of Peter, with even more hardness, more bristle. Even tougher to crack.

She steels herself and continues forward.

"Hi," she says, not offering her hand, exerting a considerable effort to rein in some of her usual cheer. He doesn't want kindness; he wants data. "It's okay. You've just been pulled through a dimensional rift. It's a regular occurrence here. It happened to me, too." She decides to risk a little smile. "I'm Bee."
