Spike gives Sunshine's hand a dubious look, as if touching it might make her pass out immediately, but in the end he relents and lets her haul him back up and over to the couch. The healing is definitely still working away on him, so he pulls away again once he's settled down.

As the cats disappear, he mumbles, "And stay out."
