What with another unexpected arrival showing up - several, really - it's actually quite some time before both Daines have the opportunity to even meet one another, let alone seek out Peeta. The upshot is that it's been a long enough and strange enough day by that point that they don't get as many double-takes as one might expect. They still get plenty of stares when they both walk down the hall, side by side and deep in silent conversation as they compare new arrival notes, but they're dulled by a pervasive well-why-not attitude that's gripped most of the base.
It's something of a relief for both of them all the same. Strange as this is, Daine's finding she rather likes having another her around. And think of how many of the People they can help now there's two of them!
The Daine who isn't having any unfortunate side effects from speaking knocks on Peeta's door. "Peeta, it's me. Well, us."
