Greta's still pouring the water into Johnny's mouth as he snaps them shut again, and he doesn't look up at them until Johnny speaks. Even not listening - very very carefully not listening - the guy makes his skin crawl a little. His friend standing that close puts him even more on edge.
Still, he meets his gaze steadily and smiles. "Huge inconvenience. Ready to give this a shot?" And he holds up the shears. He's wary, but the last thing in the world he wants to do is show how much he's feeling that. He just wants Johnny to have the dignity of eating his food himself, of course!
