Greta doesn't much like the idea of the Balladeer being so unceremoniously cast off, but she's not sure what to do about it. She can't very well invite him along to Iman's; that would be rude. Nor does she want to refuse Iman's invitation in favor of bumbling confusedly about with the Balladeer, not when he'd likely be less safe in her company than he would be on his own.
"Thank you," is all she can feebly offer him, and it's not enough. But he doesn't seem concerned as he pushes his way out of the stairwell. All she can do is hope he'll be all right.
To Rush, she adds a quiet, "Take care." He helped her, but more to the point, he helped Iman. Things could have turned out differently without his assistance.
