"But if they want the masked fellow and not Tim, maybe we could get just Tim back." Not that she expects the rift to do them any favors, and she could easily imagine it holding Tim as well, just to be nasty. But that doesn't mean they shouldn't at least try. What's the alternative? Just leaving Tim's body in his apartment until the rift deigns to give him up?

Daine straightens. "He's an angel," she says bluntly. She figures Aziraphale wouldn't mind her telling folk; he's been open enough about it, himself. "He's got all sorts of magic about him. If anyone could find Tim, I expect he could."
