Gabriel opens his eyes when he hears Johnny's voice, and it's a relief when he comes close enough to sense him again.

"Johnny, you were gone for hours." Reluctantly, he lets Johnny help him up and, after a moment to steady himself, he nods toward the couch. If things are going to be happening out here, he doesn't want to be stuck in the bedroom by himself. "I was worried you got hurt and Mako wouldn't let me see if I can still heal humans." He pauses halfway to the couch and leans heavily against Johnny. "Then she wanted me to eat soup."
